Digitization of business processes
Many business processes are still analog today. Even with many "digital" processes, digitization ultimately ends with Excel forms. That doesn't have to be the case...

Digitization of business processes
The digitalization of business processes is part of our DNA. We offer everything from process mapping and modeling using BPMN to support for implementation using digital helpers.
- Process recording and analysis
- Modeling processes in BPMN
- Implementation of processes in software solutions
- Integration of digital assistants (IoT devices) for the implementation of such business processes

Digitalization of production and development processes
We support you in the digitalization of these processes. New regulations in particular make it necessary to adapt development and production processes. This applies in particular to the production of electronic devices, which today require digitalization:
- Analysis of existing processes
- Adaptation of development processes according to ISO 29147
- Adaptation of the tool landscape
- Conversion of production processes to ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements

Case Study
As part of the TISAX and ISO 62443 certifications, the company's development processes also had to be adapted. Development processes were in place, but in many places they were still manual. There was no standardized toolchain. An internal program was set up so that the company could carry out the certifications. One part that we were commissioned with was to set up the development processes in accordance with ISO 29147 and to automate the toolchain.
The existing processes were recorded, transferred to BPM and visualized for the customer.
Based on these processes, the existing toolchain was then subjected to a gap analysis. As this toolchain was used to manage several software products, including for IoT systems, it was necessary to ensure appropriate flexibility.
Among other things, the following tools were adapted to the processes:
– Jira
– Confluence
– Jenkins
– Splunk
– Micro Focus (today: openText)
This enabled the customer to obtain his certifications.
